CAMP REGISTRATION

Big Man Performance Camp provides linemen with a physical and mental experience that is progressive in nature and focuses on position-specific instruction and athletic health awareness in an individualized atmosphere. This camp is available for all Offensive and Defensive linemen ages 12 -18 years old. Linemen seeking to enhance their fundamentals and technique through expert coaching on the field with a combination of specialize drills that are engineered to strengthen any linemen football foundation.

Big Man Performance camp will also focus on what it takes to be a high-performance athlete through a series of short presentations that will give insight into health, nutrition, hydration, mindset, and sleep. These are particularly important components to becoming a high-performance athlete. Our aim is to equip young linemen with physical and mental tools that they can lay a path to becoming a dominating force on the field and in the classroom.

Ages: 12 -18 years old

Camp Schedule: Friday, June 25 - Sunday, June 27

Camp Location: William Owen Pass Sports Complex (1300 Sydney Dover Rd., Dover, FL 33527)

Stretch/ Warm Up begins: 9:00am

Camp Times: 9:00am - Noon

We will be giving each lineman a Big Man Performance Dri-fit T-Shirts, individual Big Man Performance 64oz Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask Insulated Growler, lunch, and MVP award to the best Offensive and Defensive Lineman at the conclusion of the camp.

To WIN the MVP:  The best Offensive and Defensive lineman that shows leadership, sportsmanship, great attitude, and work ethic throughout the camp. (Remember there is always someone watching.)

This program has limited availability and is the best camp for linemen who are preparing for their upcoming season and are committed to honing their skills to be the best because God did not intend for us to be average. So, let’s get to work!
